specialises in large, newly refurbished houses which are let out on a room by room
basis giving its tenants all the luxury of living in a large comfortable house but
with the rent of a small bedsit!
Based in Sussex the group has houses in Worthing, Littlehampton, Chichester, and Arundel
with more coming available all the time. Each house has five individual
tenants who invariably become friends and enjoy a fantastic life style at really
affordable rents.
Prices per calendar month range from £351pcm to £500pcm
and include:
- All heating bills
- All gas bills
- All electricity bills
- All water bills
- AND your Council Tax bills!!!!
This means there is just one standing order from your account each month and no
administration to deal with, we do it all for you!
The houses are all beautifully furnished and come with dishwashers, washing
machines ample fridge and freezer space, and we even supply a gardener so you
always have a neat and tidy garden to enjoy in the summer!
