Lets Share is a privately own property group which was started 15years ago by Kim and Trudi Hartley.

This husband and wife partnership are building this portfolio by buying houses that they would be happy to live in and then when practical allowing four or five people to share these large, well maintained properties.

This type of house share which is definitely not like the student share we all remember is a top quality way of living in a lovely house at a fantastically low price!

It also allows us to maintain these lovely houses as large homes and not have them carved up into small flats or bedsits.
