Denton House, 10 Warwick Road, Worthing.
This is a wonderful Grade II listed town house that was probably built around 1850.
Warwick Road leads down to the sea front at Splash Point and is a short walk from
the centre of town.
There are two front doors, one to the lower ground floor flat and
one to the main house.
Although there is only a tiny back yard available to the basement
flat there are views over Denton Gardens and sea from the balcony at the back of the
house.
The main house has four bedrooms, a lounge/diner, kitchen and bathroom.
